Golfing Society slice up White Hart A

The Golfing Society with three straight wins behind them, made no mistake by beating the White Hart A by 38 pins.

Back to their majestic best, the Golfing Society opened up an immediate 20 pin lead with Taylor(28) and Lewis(28) back in tandem.

With no pressure on them, Tinney(25) and Williams (30) extended the Golfing Society's lead by a further two pins, with Mr Wibbly in pole position for the tote.

With ducks galore from the White Hart's anchor pair, the Golfing Society's Pearce(18) and Pinder(32 and tote winner!) relaxed into top gear and pulled away to record a fourth straight win.

With four games remaining against the top four teams in the league, the Golfing Society are targeting a minimum of two wins to see them finish the league season in mid-table.

Next weeks match is against the Lone Rangers at the Knot of Rope on Thursday 9th April.
