Proposed Rule Change for Cup Competitions

Gentlemen,
A motion to change rules for cup competions has been submitted by the Oldberries Skittles team.

The proposal is that the Front-pin First cup competition should be only for teams in Divisions 1, 2 and 3 with the All-In Cup competion for teams in Divisions 4, 5 and 6.

This would mean that the cups (and prize money) are distributed more evenly through the league. It will also reduce fixture congestion as teams will only take part in a maximum of one cup competition.

There will be a preliminary round of 32 teams with the remaining 16 teams having a bye. This will mean that Round 1 will consist of 32 teams allowing the final to be reached without further need for byes.

I need to complete a voting form either for or against.
