Gibbo (22) and Miss Print (22) equalled one another's scores but were unable to match their opponents losing nine pins. The Leprachaun (24) and the Accountant (30) were next to suffer by losing a further three pins to leave the Golfing Society trailing by 12. Ned (25) and the Capt (30) were unable to stem the tide and lost a further 7 pins to consign the Golfing Society to yet another defeat. With four games left and still to play the number one and number two teams in the league, the Golfing Society need to win their final two games of the season to ensure 1st Division survival for another season.
