Golfing Society suffer double vision after defeat by Essilor

Essilor completed the double over the Golfing Society, who crashed by 23 pins to a dominant away team who were never behind in the match.

After a late withdrawal by Lewis ( double vision !! ), the opening pair of Taylor ( 27 ) and Crabtree (22) lost by a single pin to Matthews and Vizard.

Mike Tinney (22) replaced Mr Wibbly this week and together with Mr Wobbly ( Rich Williams )(33) lost a further 13 pins to Hudson and Malpas, leaving the anchor pair of Pearce (33) and Pinder (30) with an uphill struggle against Mallard and Rees who won at a canter.
