The match did not start well for the Golfing Society with the first pair losing 30 pins, and ultimately the match by 28 pins.
Miss front pin (2) and Gibbo (15) struggled to impact on the front pin, leaving an uphill task for the middle pair of Crabbers (21) and the Accountant (14) who could only match their opponents on the long Black Horse alley.
With the Karaoke ringing in their ears, Ned (18) and the Capt. (19) could only pull two pins to hand victory to the home side.
