Golfing Society mix it up to beat Inlaws

With a string of defeats behind them, it was inperative that the Golfing Society did not lose to the leagues bottom side.

With an air hinting on desperation, Capt. Pinder decided to mix up the team in an attempt to secure that elusive victory.

Taylor(32) and Williams (18) pulled an impressive 22 pin lead out of the hat, and with Lewis (32) and Pinder (25) in fine form, the lead was extended by a further 6 pins.

Playing with the freedom that only a large lead can give, Tinney(26) and Pearce(25) were unlucky to leak just two pins, but saw the Golfing Society home to what could be the turning point of the season with a hard fought victory.

Next match is away in the league on Friday 13th  to the Wot-U-Wots, where the Golfing Society are looking to continue their march away from the two relegation spots.
